Chew Valley Travel is an owner-managed travel company based in Chew Magna, North Somerset. Situated 5 miles South of Bristol and only 6 miles East of Bristol International Airport. It was set up in 1994 by Paul Cockhill, who has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Three experienced travel consultants support Paul. Claire and Stephanie have between them over 35 years travel experience. They are all renowned travellers and you will find many interesting and informative articles detailing their travel experiences in our destinations section.

Chew Valley Travel is a member of Advantage Travel Centers, an association of over 700 offices nationwide and a further 5000 worldwide through the Worldwide Independent Network (WIN).

We are also members of ABTA, the Association of British Travel Agents, this means we are fully licensed and bonded meaning your money is safe with us, should the unthinkable happen and a tour operator go out of business.

We must meet strict criteria for customer care, travel knowledge and internal training, which comes naturally to our small team of specialist consultants. We regularly go that extra mile for our customers and if any unforeseen circumstances arise, such as re-routing or severe weather conditions, we are there to be of assistance.
