Chew Valley Travel uses the personal data you provide for the purpose of responding to web enquiries and to make bookings. Client details are also analysed to assess the effectiveness of our services.

We do not currently process bookings online, but once this service becomes available, your credit card details will be submitted via a secure server using industry standard encryption. Your data will not be held longer than required for the primary purpose for which it was collected.

Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to ensure that the information that we provide on this website is accurate and up to date. However we do not accept liability as to the accuracy of our content where human error is a cause. This extends, but is not restricted to, typographical errors, pricing errors and date errors. Final written confirmation of each booking clearly states the terms under which your adventure is booked.
